City of St. Albert Launches Updated Spruce it Up App

The City of St. Albert now has a unique application for its Spruce It Up tool, which was launched in April 2014 to provide residents with a new way to notify City staff of issues in the community. The unique app is available for the iPhone and Android versions of the tool.

Previously, the City had used the generic version of the app, which was created by the application’s developer, See Click Fix.

The upgraded system provides enhanced two-way communication by enabling City staff to send timely and helpful advisories to residents who are using the application. The new version also expands the scope of issues reported to include St. Albert Transit.

Residents can use the app to report a non-emergency situation, provide details on its location and even include a photo of the issue. City staff will then acknowledge the report and keep the resident informed of the progress of the file.
